IMPORTANT: This organic white sorghum grain has an expired best-by date, but it is still good to use. We use a 2-year expiration best-by date, but the dry grain lasts much longer. These bags are from a shipment that never sold, and we are selling them at a discounted price. 

This sorghum grain is packaged in our old DIY packaging. It's not great for popping, but it can be cooked and used for porridges, pilafs, salad garnishing, and more. The grain can also be milled into flour.
