By investing in Nature Nate's LLC/Smilo, you will receive equity shares of the company that are expected to grow in value as the company continues to grow. Our goal is to raise $1.5 million for 25% of shares of Nature Nate’s LLC. We are still working to try to run an investment campaign through a crowd-funding platform, but progress has unfortunately been slow. While we continue with this process, we are also looking for major investors ($500,000 minimum investment) as a possible alternative solution. Please let us know if you are interested in being a major investor!
Last summer, we began a slow launch of our sorghum tortilla chips to test the market interest. We were astounded at the results. The new chips were received so well that we haven't been able to keep them consistently in stock, even at the introductory price point of $9.99. We currently are producing the chips by hand, which is a costly and laborious process. Your investment will help us build a new facility with new equipment to mass produce the chips and sell them at a lower price point.
Our company is still expanding, with about $120,000 net profit for 2025. Tre-C, our continuous-flow popper, was patented with 17 claims in November 2025. See the graphic below to see our first prototype compared to our patented machine!
And we're not slowing down; progress is still being made as we develop new products and expand into more markets across the United States and Canada. Sorghum is heavily trending across the market right now thanks to celebrity promotion and recent news highlights. We are in a position to continue growing exponentially, and your investment will help us reach the next level!
